Qualifications:
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school.
- Employment is contingent upon continuing as a student in a college or graduate school with a specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or other relevant areas.

Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of asphalt and related materials used in roadway construction.
- Conduct quality-controlled tests, field inspections, and assist with laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with plant personnel and assist the asphalt plant manager.
- Contribute to asphalt technology research and development efforts.
- Conduct quality-controlled tests on hot asphalt, reclaimed asphalt pavement, aggregates, and other raw materials.
- Strictly adhere to prescribed sampling methods during testing procedures.
- Conduct field inspections to assess product performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Establish and maintain professional communication and collaboration with Asphalt Plant Personnel.
- Assist with various assignments, special projects, and daily tasks of the asphalt plant management team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student.
- For Assignment Level II (Information Technology), matriculation with a specific course of study in relevant fields is required.
- For Assignment Level III (Information Technology Fellow), matriculation with a specific course of study in relevant fields is required.
Preferred Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established protocols.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and respond to unexpected situations.
